2nd grade Cezanne pears

Second Grade Pears:
tempera paints, colored pencils, watercolor, construction paper, and sharpies

Students drew 2 walls and a floor and then they painted one coat of paint a different color on each wall and floor.  We let them dry and then the following week we added another coat of paint on top but a whole different color and then took cotton swabs and removed some of the top layer in a pattern to create a pattern design.

They drew the pears with colored pencils and then painted with watercolor on top of their drawings.  Finally they created the bowl and table separately.
